  • Process eyewear orders accurately in EPM and perform precise frame fittings and physical adjustments.

  • Collaborate closely with front desk and clinical staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • No prior optical experience required (comprehensive, hands-on training provided).

  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for customer service, and a team-oriented mindset.
